MenuPin 2.2.2

MenuPin for EPiServer 8 allows users to pin the sliding menu in the EPIServer edit mode

No packages depend on MenuPin.

v2.2.2 fixes an issue where the bottom of the editing area pushes below the bottom of the screen when pinning the menu
