MenuPin 2.2.0

MenuPin for EPiServer 8 allows users to pin the sliding menu in the EPIServer edit mode

No packages depend on MenuPin.

v2.2 when pinning or unpinning the menu the entire page doesn't refresh meaning the menu can be pinned out far quicker than before
